Home Attendant Care services are paid for on an individual, private pay basis or through long term care insurance policies. There are also some in-home care benefits available through the Veteran’s Administration, Labor and Industries, private trust or annuity accounts, group pension plans and retirement funds.

Home Attendant Care understands the many options available and is prepared to handle all paperwork necessary to begin insurance claims. Our complimentary start-up consultations include: documented care plans, coordination of physician orders, requests for assignment of benefits, submission of patient claim forms and more.
Once care services begin, you can rest assured knowing we’ll be taking care of the paperwork required to maintain services. Home Attendant Care submits bills directly to insurance companies, family trusts or private pay clients with any necessary backup documentation. We consistently advocate on our client’s behalf to secure payments from insurance agencies and seek approval for increased care as needed.
Our experienced staff is prepared to coordinate care with Veteran’s Assistance and Washington State Labor & Industries.
You can trust that Home Attendant Care will never ask for deposits or upfront fees. We do not charge clients for advocacy, billing or case management services.
